Services

298Digital provides local businesses with a new website, a 24/7 website assistant that answers visitor questions and helps them book, and 3-5 social media posts a week made from the business's own photos.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Setup fees are non-refundable. All fees are charged in USD. Plan details are confirmed in your Order Confirmation and Service Agreement.

Cancellation

Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Annual terms are described in your Service Agreement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, to infringe on anyone's rights, to send photos you don't have the right to share, or to interfere with our website's operation.

Website Assistant

Our website assistant gives automated answers and may occasionally make mistakes. Confirm important details directly with the business.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thompson Strategic Ventures, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding and materials on 298digital.com are owned by Thompson Strategic Ventures, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law
